XLIVE is a yearly conference that joins the most powerful voices in the festival industry under one roof. This year, the conference takes place at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas on December 10-13. During the conference, the leaders and experience creators from festivals such as Bonnaroo, Riotfest and Lightning In A Bottle will sit together to discuss the future of festivals. Workshops are held back to back on each day to facilitate discussions around what is to come in the festival world and for the community.
For the first time ever, Festival Squad will be taking part in this conference. Founder Stephanie Rosa will be moderating a workshop called “Turn It To Eleven: Elevating the Fan Experience“. Panel attendees include Emily Cox, representing AC Entertainment (Bonnaroo, High Water Festival, Sloss Fest), Lewis Shomer, Preseident and CEO of Showmex Productions, Dashwanda Brown of Madison Square Garden, Andrea Mikus of FIRST, and Lindsay Glatz of the Arts Council of New Orelans. Here, Festival Squad will represent the voice of the festival goer and foster discussion on what the community craves.
