Heineken House stage at Coachella announces bass-heavy lineup

Breaking Coachella news! With the first weekend of this festival just around the corner (T-eight days and counting!), we’re coming to you with some super exciting additions to the lineup. Heineken House has just announced which artists will be taking their stage in this old school meets new school venue within a venue. Let’s just say if we weren’t already pumped for next weekend (as if), we certainly are now.

Dubstep legacy Doctor P will be headlining Friday night—you may remember him for Big Boss from 2010 or Flying Spaghetti Monster from 2012—and we can’t wait to see what he’s been working on. Friday will also feature California-based trap DJ/producer Ookay, who’s most recent single Thief makes me feel like a naughty naughty criminal, in a good way. Deviating from the trap niche that he’s known for, Thief features the artist’s own vocals and is shaped by a deliciously sax-heavy arrangement that I’m dying to hear live next weekend—plus his remix of deep house darling Duke Dumont’s Need U (100%) is absolutely swoon worthy.

With eight albums under his belt and a music career that began with Snoop Dogg and Nate Dogg, Warren G headlines Saturday along with classic hip hop producer DJ Premier, known for his work with the likes of KRS-1 and Notorious BIG. Leading up to these performances, LA-based house DJ/producer LondonBridge will also take the stage at the Heineken House on Saturday. We’ve covered releases of his such as a Cool Like Dat bootleg and the Valentine’s day-inspired Crazy For You, and are excited to announce that in honor of his upcoming Coachella appearance LondonBridge has put together 54 minutes of pure house bliss in “The Desert Booty Mix”. Check it out, and stay tuned for Heineken House set times coming soon!
