Inaugural Lost Lake Festival Announces SUPERJAM Details

The Lost Lake SuperJam titled, ‘Soul Bugs SuperJam: The Dap-Kings Play the Beatles,’ will celebrate the music of the legendary Beatles. This once-in-a-lifetime collaboration will feature artists that are playing at the festival and a few special guests including Huey Lewis, Sameer Gadhia of Young The Giant, Calexico, Wes Miles of Ra Ra Riot, Jr. Jr., Frenship, The Shelters, Luna Aura and Saun & Starr.

The Arizona festival scene has a special treat coming up this weekend, Lost Lake Festival is hitting the valley for its inaugural year this October 20th-22nd, 2017. The three-day event is bringing a once-in-a-lifetime celebration of the dynamic culture of the city of Phoenix of taste, sounds, and love all around. Founded by Superfly (creators of renowned Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival and Outside Lands of San Francisco) and in conjunction with the City of Phoenix, the festival will take place in the heart of the city at Steele Indian School Park. Following tradition, Lost Lake will be hosting the Superfly classic SUPERJAM Saturday night at 6:30 pm.

What is a SUPERJAM- you may wonder?

The SUPERJAM is something you don’t want to miss! Originally a Bonnaroo signature experience, a SuperJam is a curated group of musicians who perform together for a once-in-a-lifetime collaboration. These performances are known for creating historic artist moments and bringing to life unexpected genre-breaking musical collaborations.

Basically, you will be experiencing a significant moment in musical history- right before your eyes!

Addition of Late Nights

Worried that it won’t be enough? For those of us who just can’t get enough of the party, the music will continue with the Lost Lake Late Nights shows at Crescent Ballroom. Check out the Kongos perform on Friday night, Lil Jon on Saturday and Diplo on Sunday at the after-hours shows.
