Halloween is right around the corner and with a tonne of festival options popping up all over the world, Pumpkin Festival stands out from the rest. Germany’s hardest Halloween event is returning to Oberhausen’s beloved Turbinenhalle for a night hard dance and Halloween celebrations. Sound Rush recently created the official Pumpkin 2018 anthem with Villain, which will be released on October 15th. With a stacked lineup in one of the coolest venues in town, this is one event you don’t want to miss! Here are three reasons why you should celebrate Halloween at Pumpkin!

With over 50 artists spread out across 6 different stages, this year’s Pumpkin lineup is every hard dance lovers dream! The main stage ‘Atrium’ features ten of the biggest names in the hardstyle scene and will be hosted by none other than the voice of hardstyle himself; MC Villain. 2. IT’S HELD IN A REFURBISHED POWER PLANT!
Oberhausen’s Turbinenhalle has become one of the most popular live music venues in the country. Built in 1909, the complex features two interconnected halls which previously used to generate electricity but is now home to some of the biggest names in the world. The venue regularly hosts events ranging from parties and festivals to live concerts and shows. Each stage is located in its own soundproof room, with tunnels connecting the entire venue. You can simply follow the tunnels from one room to the next, find yourself exploring every stage and end up back where you started in a matter of minutes! It is also one of the very few locations where you can go back in time and experience true underground rave culture!
